Most assets are located in Newport, Arkansas and surrounding areas. We will include locations of all assets in the description listing.

Location

Most assets are located in Hangars located behind locked gates at Municipal Airports. Please contact Grady Auctions & Realty at (870) 523-5229 to schedule a viewing and to make sure someone is available to open the doors to the asset(s) location. Airports have hazards seen and unseen, please refrain from driving on runways and taxiways while inspecting asset(s).

Preview

All items are available for thorough preview by appointment. We welcome and encourage you to come and inspect the assets being sold. We gladly allow "Non-Intrusive" pre buy inspections by you and/or your mechanic. Due to the nature of the items we are selling, there will be no flights allowed and ground checks or run ups will only be allowed by the seller or approved representative. Log Books will be available for review in our offices at 2600 Airbase Road, Newport, AR 72112 and log books will not be allowed outside of our designated viewing/reserach area.

Terms

All items are sold "AS-IS / WHERE-IS" with no warranties expressed or implied. All aircraft buyers will be required to sign a Indemnity and Hold Harmless Waiver before any aircraft leaves the ground. Payment

All items must be paid for via Wire Transfer by the close of business Tuesday April 2, 2024. All winning bidders will have wire instructions added to their invoice and we will e-mail all winning bidders with wire instructions. A 10% (ten percent) Buyers Commission will be charged on the first $ 100,000.00 of each itemĀ  and then 6% (six percent) on all amounts above $ 100,000.01. Credit Cards will be accepted at this auction for payments of items under $ 5,000.00 (five thousand dollars) with a 4% Convenience Fee.

Removal

We understand weather and other factors may limit removal of aircraft in a expedited manner. NO ITEMS WILL BE REMOVED UNTIL PAID FOR IN FULL. All aircraft are located in hangars and will have rent paid until April 30th. Any buyer not removing their aircraft by April 30 may be subject to having the aircraft moved to outside tie downs or shall become responsible for hangar rent themselves after the April 30th deadline. All other Automobiles, Motorcycles and Aircraft Parts and Accessories should be removed within 14 days after the conclusion of the auction.
