Pratt & Whitney PT6A-65B
P&W PT6A-65B, serial # PCE-32291, disassembled with components missing. This is the engine off the Air-Tractor 602 (Lot # 101). There is a estimate from 2020 for $ 203,540.97 for rebuild of this engine. THe following list of components were red tagged during inspection and scrapped, THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH THE ENGINE: 1)The front RGB housing was scrapped due to pitting corrosion in the forward scavenge tube boss and other areas. 2) The rear RGB housing scrapped due to excessive corrosion in various areas. 3) Oil tube was scrapped due to excessive fretting beyond wall thickness limits. 4) The # 2 bearing oil nozzle spray jet was scrapped due to strainer seized internally and restricted. 5) The compressor front rotor air seal was scrapped due to missing/chipped plasma. 6) The #6 bearing thrust cover was scrapped due to excessive pitting corrosion around the flange. 7) The power turbine shaft coupling was scrapped due to spalling and embedded metal on gear teeth. 8) The second stage flex coupling was scrapped due to scoring and pitting on the gear teeth. 9) The #3 and #4 bearing oil spray tube was scrapped due to manadatory replacement per the OHM. 10) Two accessory gearbox bearings (same P/N) were scrapped due to scoring of the rollers. 11) The P3 air filter was scrapped due to unknown time in service. 12) The #3 bearing was scrapped due to scoring of the rollers. 13) The first stage spline adapter was scrapped due to heavy scoring on the gear teeth. 14) The # 5 roller bearing was scrapped due to heavy scoring on the rollers. 15) The # 6 Ball bearing was scrapped due to a worn bearing cage and balls. 16) The # 7 roller bearing was scrapped due to heavy scoring and spalling of the rollers. 17) The bevel gear was scrapped due to pitting and embedded metal. 18) The accessory drive gear shaft was scrapped due to Spalling of the gear teeth. 19) The low speed accessory gear shaft was scrapped due to excessive spline wear. 20) The tach drive gear was scrapped due to worn square drive. 21) Three each 1st stage planet gear shafts were scrapped due to erosion. 22) Three each planet gear pins were scrapped due to erosion. 23) The 1st stage sun gear was scrapped due spalling of the gear teeth. 24) The 1st stage planet gear set was scrapped due to being run with a used sun gear.

Hartzell 5 Blade Propeller, HC-B5MP-3C serial # EVA2617, Blades are M10876ANS, serial # J72162, J93288, J72156, J72159, J72155. Prop will come with a Fresh Overhaul from First Flight Propeller. Prop will be picked up at First Flight in Senatobia, MS.
