Auction location is 32541 Highway 5, Calico Rock, AR. From Mountain View take Highway 5 north about 15 miles. From Calico Rock, take Highway 5 south about 7 miles to Optimus Arkansas. The Auction location is on the east side of the road and just south of the intersection of Highway 5 and County Road 72 (Optimus River Road). Watch for Auction Signs and Banners.
Real Estate will be offered "As-Is / Where-Is" with no contingencies. A 5% Buyers Commission will be charged on all REAL ESTATE sold at this auction. Buyer will be required to make a 10% (ten percent) non-refundable deposit the day of the auction with the balance due at closing in 45 days or less.
Seller will furnish 1/2 closing agent fees, 1/2 title insurance, 1/2 revenue stamps and pro-rated taxes until the day of closing. Buyer will be responsible for all other closing cost.
