All tracts will be offered beginning at 5:30 pm on Thursday February 11, 2015 at our headquarters at 2600 Airbase Road in Newport, Arkansas 72112. From Highway 67, take Exit 85 and go West 3/8 mile to auction location on the South side of the road.

Al property will be offered "As-Is / Where-Is" with no contingencies. A 10% Buyers Commission will be charged on all tracts sold at this auction. All tracts will be offered "Subject to Owner Confirmation". Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc. represents the seller only in these transactions. Successful high bidder will be required to provide a 10% Non Refundable deposit the day of the auction with the balance due at closing in 45 days or less.
Seller will provide 1/2 closing agent fees, 1//2 revenue stamps, 1/2 title insurance and pro-rated taxes until the day of closing. Buyer responsible for all other closing cost.
