Directions

Located at the corner of Front and Walnut Streets in downtown Newport, Arkansas (72112).

Location

Parking will be available on Front Street and partial parkin on Walnut Street. We will probably be closing a portion of Walnut Street off to conduct the auction.

Preview

Preview will be available Friday June 16, 2023 from 1:00 pm until 5:30 pm and the morning of the auction on June 17, 2023 beginning at 7:30 am.

Terms

All items are sold "AS-IS / WHERE-IS" with no warranties expressed or implied. Auctioneer may endeavor to describe items in detail but seller nor auction company make no warranties or representations as to age, authenticity, year, make, model or condition of any item sold in this auction. We encourage and expect the bidder to complete their own Due Dilligence and satisfy themselves to any of the aforementioned factors. All sales are final. Please bring your own help to load and remove items you have purchased, this is a remote location for our auction company and we do not have complete resources available at this location to load you. No items to be removed until paid for in full. THese are abbreviated Terms & Conditions, complete Terms & Conditions will be available at the auction location.

Payment

All items must be paid for the day of the auction in US Funds (Cash or Company Check). Credit Cards will be accepted at this auction with a 5% convenience fee.

Removal

All items need to be removed the day of the auction. There are a few LARGER and unique items (Safe Doors) that will need to be removed in a timely and safe manner, The auction Company and sellers will work with you on removal of the larger items but time is of the essence and all items need to be removed before June 23 or will be considered "Abandoned in Place".
