A 5% Buyers Commission will be charged on all items sold at this auction. All items are sold "AS-IS / WHERE-IS" with no warranties expressed or implied. Credit Cards accepted at this auction with a 3% convenience fee. Sales Tax will have to be charged on all items sold at this auction. If you are sales tax exempt we will need a physical hardcopy of your sales tax number before checking out at the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS. All announcements made day of the auction take precedence over any other material.
