The City of Hoxie, Arkansas no longer has a need for the surplus assets at this location and has decided to sell them at public auction. All items are sold "As-Is / Where-Is" with no warranties or guarantees.
All items need to be removed in a timely manner and anything left after Wednesday August 24, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. will be considered abandoned in place and the new owners will take possession of abandoned assets at aforementioned date and time. The property has sold and the owners wish to take immediate possession after the day of the auction, so please bring your equipment and trucks and trailers to load all items purchased at soon as possible.
All items must be paid for the day of the auction in U.S Funds. We accept Cash, Company Check or Personal Check with a letter of introduction from issuing bank if unknown to Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc. Visa, MasterCard and Discover will be accepted at this auction with a 3% Convenience Fee.
