A 10% Buyers Commission will be charged on all real estate sold at this auction.  Property will be offered "Subject to Owner Confirmation".  Seller will provide 1/2 closing agent fees, 1/2 revenue stamps, 1/2 title insurance and pro-rated taxes until the day of closing, buyer responsible for any and all other fees.  A 10% NON REFUNDABLE deposit will be required the day of the auction in U.S. Funds with the balance due at closing in 45 days or less in the law offices of Robin Nix.  Property is offered with no contingencies so we encourage potential bidders / buyers to have their financing in place before the day of the auction.
