All items to be paid for the day of the auction in US Funds (cash or check, with letter of introduction from issuing bank, if unkown to the auction company). Real Estate: Real Estate will be offered "Subject to Court Approval". A 10% Buyers Commission will be charged on all Real Estate sold at this auction. Real Estate will be offered subject to no contingencies. A 10% Down Payment will be required the day of the auction with the balance due at closing in 45 days or less. Seller wil pay 1/2 Closing Agent Fees, 1/2 Title Insurance, 1/2 Revenue Stamps and Pro-Rated taxes until the day of closing. Buyer responsible for all other closing cost.
