All items sold "As-Is / Where-Is" with no warranties expressed. A 10% Buyers Commission will be charged on all assets sold at this auction. All items must be paid for the day of the auction in U.S. Funds Ccash, Cashiers Check or Company Check). Visa, MasterCard and Discover will be accepted at this auction with a 3% Convenience Fee. All announcements made the day of the auction take precedence over any printed material. NOTE: Load out at this location is "VERY TIME SENSITIVE" all items must be removed by Tuesday June 17, 2014 @ 4:00 p.m. ANY ITEMS LEFT AFTER THIS DATE WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED IN PLACE AND OWNERSHIP WILL TRANSFER TO THE PROPERTY OWNERS. Due to the small auction area and the time constraints on load out at this auction, we ask that no children under the age of 14 on the auction lot.
