Directions
Auction is located at the old recycling facility at 1620 Strawfloor Road. From I-555 take the Washington Street or Woodspring Road Exits. Turn on Parker Road and follow it to Strawfloor Road, turn West on Strawfloor and go 3/10 mile to the driveway that turns in to the old recycling center. WATCH FOR AUCTION SIGNS AND BANNERS. Notice: this location is locked and secured and can only be accessed with authorized personnel or during preset viewing hours. There will be a increased police presence and other safety features in place during this auction, no trespassing, please.
Location
The auction location is a abandoned recycling facility. Hazards exist that may not be visible. There is no loading dock available at this location. This is a auction site, as such, there will be moving vehicles, equipment, machinery and other items. Any person entering this location does so under his/her own goodwill and takes full responsibility for his/her own actions.
Preview
Items will be available for preview beginning Thursday October 26, 2023 at 1:00 p.m until 5:00 p.m. All day Friday October 27, 2023, during normal business hours and the morning of the auction beginning at 8:30 a.m.
Terms
All items are sold "As-Is / Where-Is" with no warranties expressed or implied. A 10% (ten percent) buyers commission will be charged on all assets sold at this auction. All items must be paid for the day of the auction in US Funds (Cash or Company Check). Credit Cards will be accepted at this auction with a 4% convenience fee. No item to be removed until paid for in full. Auctioneer reserves the right to maintain possession of any assets sold at this auction for a period not to exceed 7 (seven) days. All titled vehicles will be filled out to the name listed on the buyer number. Titles will be mailed to buyer via Certified Mail USPS within 7 days after conclusion of the auction unless paid in CASH. All items will need to removed in a timely manner. Any items left after Friday November 3rd, 2023 at 12:00 pm CST will be considered "Abandoned in Place" and the City of Jonesboro will have full authority to dispose of these assets in any manner they see fit without recourse from the buyer. Jurisdiction for this auction shall be Jonesboro, Craighead County, Arkansas. Announcements made the day of the auction take precedence over any other printed material. Payment
All items must be paid for the day of the auction in US Funds. Payment methods are Cash or Company Check (with letter of introduction from issuing bank if unknown to the auction company). Credit Cards will be accepted at this auction with a 4% (four percent) convenience fee.
Removal
All items will need to be removed in a timely manner. Equipment and personnel will be onsite the day of the auction to assist with load out. NO load out on Sunday. Equipment and personnel will be onsite Monday and Tuesday following the auction from 9:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. to help with load out. Any person needing to pick items up after that will need to make arrangements with the auction company. All items need to be removed before Friday November 3rd, 2023 at 12:00 pm CST or will be considered "Abandoned in Place" and the City of Jonesboro shall have full right and authority to dispose of the assets in any way they see fit without recourse from the buyer.
