This will be a ONLINE ONLY auction. Aircraft are located at the Rock County Municipal Airport in Bassett Nebraska, Airframe and Engine are located in Northeast Arkansas. To schedule a review of any of the assets contact the auction company at (870) 503-1466
Location
Aircraft are located in the county hangar at Rock County Municipal Airport in Bassett Nebraska (KRBE). Runway 13-31 available at this location is 4698' x 75' asphalt in good condition. Please contact the auction company a minimum of 24 hours prior to flying in to inspect the aircraft to make sure a representative will be available to open the hangar.
Terms
All items are sold "AS-IS / WHERE-IS" with no warranties expressed or implied. A 13% Buyers Commission will be charged on all assets sold at this auction. Successful buyers will be required to sign a Release of Liability Waiver before moving any aircraft. Complete Terms and Condition will be available on the website.
Payment
All items must be paid for by US Funds via Wire Transfer by the end of the business day on June 14, 2022. Successful bidders will receive wire instructions with their invoice.
Removal
All items will need to be removed in a timely manner. Mr. Ebert has extended a 30 day grace period to get the airplanes annualed and moved. If a longer time period is required the buyer will be responsible for contracting with the Rock County Airport for hangar rent.
