Please read all Terms and Conditions of this auction carefully.  All items sold at this auction are sold "As-Is / Where-Is" with no warranties expressed or implied.  A 5% Buyers Commission will be charged on all assets sold at this auction.

SPECIAL NOTICE:  THERE WILL BE A 5 DAY HOLD ON ALL FIREARMS SOLD AT THIS AUCTION.  All firearm buyers will be required to fill out NICS paperwork and such paperwork will be submitted through the proper channels.  All firearm purchases must be paid for the day of the auction. A 5 day hold will be in place and then buyers will be able to pick their purchase up at the auction facility beginning Wednesday September 16, 2015 after 9:00 a.m. 

THESE ARE CONTINGENCIES PUT IN PLACE BY GRADY AUCTIONS & REALTY, INC. YEARS AGO.  The selling agency has requested that we continue with the guidelines we have had in place for their agency.  We want to make this rule perfectly clear.  ALL FIREARM PURCHASES WILL REQUIRE A 5 DAY WAITING PERIOD.  We do not care if you have a FFL, Concealed Carry permit or otherwise .. A 5 Day waiting period is in place for firearms sold at this auction.

These firearms are all in good to excellent condition, NOT THE TYPICAL SEIZURE TYPE FIREARMS.  Most all of them have at least 1 clip and several have multiple clips.  Most all of the sporting rifles have nice scopes on them.  Please remember the Terms and Condition of this auction.  We will not make any exceptions, so please do not ask.

All items sold "As-Is / Where-Is" with no warranties expressed or implied.  A 5% Buyers Commission will be charged on all assets sold at this auction.  The firearm auction will take place immediately following our regular auction that begins at 9:00 a.m. at this same location.  THERE ARE SOME SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THIS FIREARMS AUCTION.

A 5 day waiting period will be in place for all firearms sold at this auction.  This set of rules and regulations was implemented by our company years ago and the selling agency has asked that we abide by those rules for this auction.  All items will be paid for the day of the auction.  All paperwork must be filled out the day of the auction.  When all paperwork has cleared, by Wednesday September 16, then you may come back to the auction facility and pick your purchases up from our facility.  We do not care if you are FFL Licensed, have a concealed carry permit or if your the head of the ATF .. you are going to honor our 5 day wait period to buy firearms at this auction.  

Please notice you must meet all regular rules and regulation to purchase firearms at this auction.  If you do not pass the background check, we are going to keep your firearm and your money, so please be sure that you are legal to buy firearms in the state of Arkansas.  Our rules are not meant to deter interested parties from buying at our auction, our rules are in place to insure that those buying at our auction are of good moral character and have the best interest in mind for their firearm purchases.  

Please do not ask us to deviat from this set of rules as we will make no exceptions.  Thank You
