AIr Tractor is located at Corning, Arkansas Municipal Airport (4M9), Ag-Cat is located at Walnut Ridge, Arkansas Municipal Airport (KARG), Super Decathlon is located at Newport, Arkansas Municipal Airport (M19), Piper Aztec and Citabria 7GCBC are located at Searcy, Arkansas Municipal Airport (KSRC). All Heavy Equipment and other assets are located on our Auction Lot at 2600 Air Base Road in Newport, Arkansas 72112
Location
Aircraft are located at airports behind secured gates and fences. It would be advisable to contact the auction company before coming in to inspect assets so we can advise each location of possible arrival and inspection(s)
Preview
Physical inspection of Assets can be made during normal business hours at the corresponding airports, To schedule a review of logbooks and paperwork, contact Grady Auctions at (870) 523-5229. Log Books are located in our offices at 2600 Airbase Road in Newport, AR.
Terms
ALl items are sold "AS-IS / WHERE-IS" with no warranties expressed or implied. All sellers will be required to sign a "RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT" before any aircraft are moved (this agreement will be listed under the "DOCUMENTS" tab of this webpage). A 10% (ten percent) Buyers Commission will be charged on all assets sold at this auction. Payment
All items must be paid for by "WIRE TRANSFER" before the close of business on Friday October 29, 2022. Winning bidders will receive a Invoice that will have all wIre Information for Grady Auctions & Realty included.
Removal
All items will need to be removed in a timely manner. We understand that aircraft require a little more time than normal assets but we would like to see items removed within 30 days, if possible.
